- A Microsoft Entra administrator who can open the consent link the teacher sends
Onboarding path

Teacher starts setup
A teacher begins Microsoft Teams teacher
setup. If Microsoft asks for
administrator approval, the teacher sends the consent link to their
administrator.

Administrator approves
The administrator opens that link and grants tenant
consent.

Teacher finishes
After approval, the teacher signs in again and verifies classes on the
same teacher setup page.

Student
You are ready when
- Microsoft administrator consent is complete.
- A teacher synchronization imports the expected classes and rosters.
- Students can sign in with rostered school Microsoft accounts.
